Janelle Van Sloun is a designer at MWP Recreation in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she specializes in creating playground environments using a blend of CAD, Lumion, and Photoshop to bring concepts to life through detailed 3D visualization.

She has been an active volunteer with SIGGRAPH since 2005, contributing to the organization in various capacities over the years. Prior to her current role as Marketing and Social Media Coordinator for the SIGGRAPH ECDC, Janelle served on the Lifelong Learning Committee (2022–2023) and has also been involved with the Electronic Theater, the XSV program, and the Student Volunteer Program. Her long-standing commitment reflects both her passion for the SIGGRAPH community and her dedication to advancing creative and educational initiatives within the field.
