SIGGRAPH 2026

R3 is the Early Career Development Committee Resume and Reel Review program where students and emerging professionals with less than 3 years’ experience have their resume or reel reviewed by industry professionals and academics. 

 

This is conducted on-location at SIGGRAPH Conferences in 20 minute sessions. Students and early career professionals are matched to reviewers based on their desired work field and job skills and provide their resume and/or reel for review and advice.

Give Back, Volunteer as a Reviewer

Take some time to give back to community by volunteering as a resume and reel reviewer. Whether you’re an industry HR personnel or television animator wanting to share what you’ve learned from your years of experience, ECDC invites you register as a reviewer.

Janelle Van Sloun is a designer at MWP Recreation in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she specializes in creating playground environments using a blend of CAD, Lumion, and Photoshop to bring concepts to life through detailed 3D visualization.

She has been an active volunteer with SIGGRAPH since 2005, contributing to the organization in various capacities over the years. Prior to her current role as Marketing and Social Media Coordinator for the SIGGRAPH ECDC, Janelle served on the Lifelong Learning Committee (2022–2023) and has also been involved with the Electronic Theater, the XSV program, and the Student Volunteer Program. Her long-standing commitment reflects both her passion for the SIGGRAPH community and her dedication to advancing creative and educational initiatives within the field.
